Exploring Identity through Spoken Word Poetry with See More Perspective

The Arrowhead Library System is pleased to present See More Perspective and his spoken word poetry, a free workshop being offered for grades 4-12 and adults at the following dates and locations:

Thursday, April 18, 6:00 p.m.
Two Harbors Public Library

Friday, April 19, 4:00 p.m.
Grand Marais Public Library

Presented differently for learners of various ages, this workshop explores social identity and how it informs the choices we make as artists and as people. Students will participate in activities that help illuminate their own identity and values, reflect with peers, and begin to discover their own creative voice. Program length is 90 minutes and intended for youth in grades 4-12 and adults.

This program, sponsored by Arrowhead Library System, was funded in part or in whole with money from Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
