On January 1, John Schifsky joined the Arrowhead Library System (ALS) Governing Board as an appointee of the St. Louis County Board of Commissioners. On April 13, Mr. Schifsky received the oath of office as a member of the ALS Board. He is a former faculty member at the College of Saint Scholastica.
