The Arrowhead Library System has an extensive collection of storytelling kits for preschool through young adult. Kits vary in content but all include at least one children’s book, and a variety of other resources such as musical CD or video, puppets and flannel boards, and a wealth of hands-on fun — games, puzzles, toys, costumes, scavenger hunts and much more! Each includes instructions with ideas for activities to help you effectively teach early literacy skills in a fun effective manner. For Middle school, teen, and young adult programs ALS also has a collection of board games, building sets, and Wii systems.
