5:30 p.m. – International Falls Smokey Bear Park The theme of this program is “Mi na mi fe” or “Children let’s play.” They will teach specific dances (including rhythms and live music), dancing and drumming techniques, related dress and cultural protocols of West Africa, and the interrelationship of drum rhythms and dance.
