LEGACY EVENTS
In November 2008, Minnesota voters approved a constitutional amendment to dedicate funds for Minnesota’s Outdoor Heritage, Clean Water, Parks and Trails, and Arts and Cultural Heritage. Under the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund (ACHF) Minnesota’s 300+ public libraries receive funding distributed through the Minnesota Regional Library Systems to provide programs and services in four areas: arts, culture, literary and Minnesota history.
The Arrowhead Library System and its member libraries present a variety of arts, cultural, literary, and Minnesota history programs in collaboration with arts and cultural organizations, independent artists, historical societies, and community organizations.
Legacy Information for Performers

Legacy In-Person Library System Tour
An ALS Tour consists of presentations or performances at public libraries throughout our seven county region. These in-person performances are typically scheduled in a 2-4 week time frame.
Submit your presentation or program using our Legacy Performer form linked here.
Legacy Take and Create Kits
An ALS Take and Create Kit program consists of art experience kits that can be picked up and created in the home. These kits are distributed at ALS public libraries and outreach services in predetermined quantities, and kits will include all materials needed and an instructional video.
