One last chance to see Virginia Mae Hope (1921-1944), World War II Women Airforce Service Pilot in a program at the Grand Rapids Area Library on Thursday, June 19th at 7:00 pm! This will be an interesting presentation as there will be a special guest in the audience, a local woman will be present that trained pilots like Virginia Mae Hope during World War II!

Also in the lobby will be a display about Millie the Miner showing how local women supported the war efforts.
